Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily refund or exchange your item.

You are entitled to a full refund of the cost of your garment, if the following criteria is met:

  1. You request your return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. The garment is in its original condition and has not been washed or worn.

  3. The garment has not been sold as a sale item.

If you wish to exchange, you can send the item back to us and we will replace with an item of your choice.

Please note: We cannot refund or exchange garments that have been worn or washed. Please always try it on and check the garment thoroughly for size, fit and faults before washing.

No return, Exchange or Refund on Sale items

  • We are unable to accept returns for these items unless they are faulty, so please choose carefully.

  • If you believe an item is faulty, please reach out to hello@palominomaternity.com and we will happily assist you.

How to Return Your Garment

Email us at hello@palominomaternity.com and let us know the reason for return and we will be happy to process for you.

Please ensure when sending the item back, it is folded neatly and in the same condition you received it.
